Work Stress and Dissatisfaction among the Employees Working At the IT and BPR Sectors In India

Abstract

In the competitive sector that to working in the Information Technology (IT) sectorand Business Process Reengineering (BPR)industry becomes very difficult among the young mass. the crises in the market makes the profession in IT sector very uncertain. Apart from these the employees are working in rigid timing and target. This increases a great stress and fatigue among these employees. There are many other factors for which the IT executive changes the company very frequently. Retention of employees, mentally and physically is a challenging task in front of the IT sectors. The present research work will show a path to the IT sector to understand the different parameter which creates stress and the stress relieving programs. The researchers have conducted the research work by collecting the responses from the IT executives working in different parts of the country. For the purpose of the research, 153 executivesworking in IT and BPR sectors have given their views through an online questionnaire . Different statistical tools have been applied basing on rating and ranking scale method to analyze the responses of the working executives. .
