Abstract

Artificial intelligence has revolutionized so many industries in short span of time that advanced AI engine has also become part of HR analytics. Intelligent artificial products offer various solutions for managers, including simple recruitment tools, intermediate applications, and state-of-the-art AI solutions. These tools build together or independently a more efficient way for the human resources to predict the potential success of the aspirant in his or her company. The area of human resource is transformed by artificial intelligence (AI). The current study would throw light on artificial intelligence breakthroughs and implications with respect to HR along with its impact on team effectiveness.
