Challenges Of Women Entrepreneurship And Entrepreneurship Development: A Study Of Indian Rural Market

Abstract

This paper comprises three main pillars. The first pillar will discuss all about the rural entrepreneurship. Second pillar investigates the literature on related to women entrepreneurship in Indian rural market. As last pillar, the women facing challenges related to entrepreneurship in Indian rural market will be discussed. The aim of this research is to explore various challenges that women face in rural India when it comes to entrepreneurship and is based on the secondary data collected from the past work done on female entrepreneurship. Results of the study show that there are various issues related to the direction of female entrepreneurship in the Indian rural market, such as lack of balance between family and work, low risk-bearing ability, lack of entrepreneurship and finance in economically rich and poor women, lack of capacity-building, work problems with male employees are the main concern of female entrepreneurs in rural India.
