The detailed descriptions of the model are discussed. We develop the steady state differential equation for the retrial queueing system. The probability generating function for the numbers of customers in the orbit as well as the system when the server is idle, busy and on working vacation are found using supplementary variable technique. We derive some system state probabilities, mean number of customers in the system and its orbit of this model.
