Innovative Teaching Learning Process to Encourage Learning Behaviour

Abstract

The Educator should create a learning environment that motivates the students to learn and supports them in the learning process. Instead of focusing on a particular teaching technique, the Educator should utilize whatever tools that stimulate the maximum learning in the students. Strengthen Governance, leadership, and administration at Engineering Institutions Improving how things stack up of teaching study and Research at engineering institutions Fostering stronger industry/institute collaborations building diversity and entrepreneurship in Engineering. The student’s needs are like: marks scoring, creating/innovative abilities, best communication skills, good job in the campus placement (core), higher studies in well-reputed colleges (NIT’s and IIT’s) and government job.
