Public Service Quality In Vietnam

Abstract

The aim of this research is to exam the quality of public services in Vietnam. Survey data were collected from 200 people in Ho Chi Minh City. The reliability and validity of the scale were tested by Cronbach's Alpha, Average Variance Extracted (Pvc), and Composite Reliability (Pc). The analysis results of the model showed that people's satisfaction with the quality of administrative services was on the scale of reliability (MDTC), empathy (SCT), and tangibles (PTHH).
