Abstract

The article considers the history of the emergence and development of advocacy. The problems of advocacy, organizational and legal problems, the relationship between the state and advocacy, the state system of providing free legal assistance to low-income citizens, and problems arising from advocacy are analyzed. Studied foreign experience on issues related to the status of a lawyer, violation of the rights of a lawyer. Place and role of lawyer in providing legal aid, protect rights and legal interests of individuals and legal entities and advocacy and the introduction of digital technology in advocacy.
