Reconfigurable LFSR Based RO-Path Delay Sensor

The objective of the project is to design the digital circuits and measured its delay by using respective architecture. The delay sensing architecture is designed by using the LFSR circuit for measuring the path delay and detects a reconvergernt path. The designed architecture is used to estimate the delay in cell based array logic units in arithmetic circuits. The proposed architecture is verified and synthesized in Xilinx 14.2. A introduced design is implemented in FPGA hardware and the results are analyzed. The power and delay of the architecture are improved.
