Applying Scope Creep Life Cycle in eLearning course content development Process: A Conceptual Approach
Abstract
Due to the growth in the educational technology, there has been high demand for fast and easy learning in the market. This rise to the growth in eLearning domain. When there is a project, the effect of project parameters on the project is very much important. Therefore, various parameters were identified. One of the impacting parameter is scope creep. The impact of scope creep on eLearning projects is the major cause of failure in delivery. This paper proposes a conceptual approach which helps to reduce the impact of scope creep on the project delivery.
