Abstract

This research investigates the relationship among the variables viz, institutional leadership, organizational adaptability and reengineering process. This study validates how the institutional leadership and organizational adoptability is influencing the process of reengineering in the manufacturing sector. The various aspects related to study variables which have been addressed in the previous available literature were investigated and subsequently a measurement framework was developed and validated. Three hypotheses were formulated and a concept model was developed and the concept model was tested to measure effect by using structural equation model in AMOS. The inference that can be drawn based on the results of the survey is how positively institutional leadership and organizational adaptability is influencing reengineering process. This study adding value to the literature by providing valid and reliable metrics to measure the reengineering operations of the organizations.
