Leadership and power in a small Russian town: vectors of change
Abstract
Who simply governs in small Russian cities? Heads of administrations? Members of outside (federal and/or close by) governmental our our bodies? Owners and/or pinnacle managers of large commercial companies? What are the circle of relatives individuals among the number one actors? What is the stability among continuity and trade in community elites? These and extraordinary questions were the focal point of empirical studies completed through the authors of the article. The essential purpose of the studies turn out to be to assess the vectors of alternate within the composition and hierarchy of leaders in small towns over the past 5 years.
