Theoretical Basis for Calculating the Determination of the Optimal Angle of Rotation of the Slit and Air Velocity

Abstract

It is known that the ginning process will proceed efficiently and reliably when there is a reliably when the fibers are reliably gripped and pulled by the grate. The speed of the injected air affects the exciting ability of the saw teeth, that is, the amount of fiber captured by the saw teeth with one touch increases, the residence time of the seeds in the working chamber decreases. Changing the angle of rotation of the slit affects the allocation of bare seeds from the center of the raw roller and the exciting ability of the saw teeth, therefore, on the technological parameters of the saw ginning process. Therefore, finding the optimal value of these factors was one of the main tasks of our research.
