Abstract

In human beings cloth is one of the one of the basic needs, hence we should give the priority to this basic needs. Production of cloths depends upon machine like handloom, power loom, air jet loom, water jet loom and etc. About 60% power loom is used for production of cloths and these machines require continuous supply of electricity. But in India continuous supply of electric power is a big problem and electric charges is also a big concern. Now a days electric charges are going very high by which profit margin is going down. So we need such a arrangement s by which we can reduce the power consumption. Hence we did analysis and design a mechanism by which we can reduce the power consumption by maintaining the same production rate.
