The results show that all the experts have agreed to place five main topics in this application. Among them are the principles of sign language, basic sign language, sign language in schools, total communication, and special education teachers with 27 sub-topics with defuzzification values of 0.937 to 0.987. All of the topics and sub-topics assigned by the experts are based on the needs of special education students in helping them improve their sign language skills and preparation as special education teachers for the deaf.
