Effect of Work Culture, Work Envıronment, Employee Empowerment and Work Motıvatıon on Employees Performance in Empowerment Department of Communıty, Market, Cooperatıves and Small and Medıum Enterprıses
This study aims to determine the effect of work culture, work environment, employee empowerment, and work motivation on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach using survey methods. Path analysis is used to analyze the data collected. The population are all employees of Empowerment Department of Community, Markets, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (PMP-KUKM) Batam City, 157 people. The number of samples are 113 people chosen at random. The results showed that performance is directly influenced by work culture, work environment, and work motivation. Work motivation is influenced by work environment and employee empowerment. Employee empowerment is influenced by work culture and work environment. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that any changes which occur in employee performance are influenced by work culture, work environment, and work motivation. Therefore, employee empowerment, work culture, work environment, and work motivation can be taken into consideration in making strategic planning for human resource development.
