Impact of Raj Yoga Meditation on Physiological and Psychological Health: Review & Future Direction
In this present scenario, one can feel through oneself that in spite of having full medical checkups, nutritious diet, proper work out, new medical facilities,we are facing number of physical, physiological and psychological ailments. Many of the disorders like migraine and CTTH do not have an efficient treatment. In this review paper apart from the medical treatment which, one takes during the ailment, a different and comfortable meditation technique known asRaj yoga meditation can be experimented and examined by different researchers and results have been shown separately. It has been found that Raj yoga has a great impact on the mental stability which ultimately reduces the severity of physiological and psychological disorders. In some researches, set of patients have been screened by the researchers for the proper analysis,who were taught the techniqueRaj yoga along with the medical treatment and physical exercises. A drastic change has been seen in the patients who were involved both in medications and meditation as compared to those who were involved only in medication.
