Abstract

The horizons of HR keep on being disturbed by AI, it has been observed that human resource organizations need to adjust with the cognitive technological progressions with straightforwardness and modern managers have to own this responsibility of using every bit of their self-enlightenment and self-management to come up with innovative leadership styles.This paper aims to discuss how artificial intelligence is going to take over the world and drive out humanity by saving the organization with inefficiency, repetitive task and pessimal utilization of resources.
