From the analysis of tabular data, it follows that with an increase in the number of knives, the maximum speed of molasses in sections increases. In the accepted parameter values the increase of the speed starting from the first section is 2 times. So many times changes the density of the raw material to be cleaned. It was found that a significant increase in the amount of released impurities is lost after interaction with the first three knives and further care will be unnecessary. A significant effect on the change in quantity will be taken by the compressibility properties of incoming raw materials. This indicates the need to prepare the raw material for cleaning with reduced stiffness.
