Abstract

With the advancement of technology, there two main terms which are leading the IT industry i.e. blockchain and Internet of Things. As the data is increasing at an exponential it has become quite prominent to secure the communication process from node to node. Data breaches and violation of privacy of a user is the biggest concern that is being coming up. There has been a lot of discussion about the loopholes in inter IoT communication, in order to secure that we would be using blockchain technology to make the entire more reliable and robust. Eventually there has been comparison of the two most widely used hashing algorithms i.e. SHA256 and MD5. It is been proved that how SHA256 is way to secure and the more reliable hashing algorithm.
