Enhanced Mechanical Transmission Drives Agricultural Machinery

Abstract

The article discusses models for increasing the integral and interval reliability of parts and components of
mechanical drives. Based on the analysis of the “drive shaft - rolling bearings” subsystem, in order to
increase the likelihood of failure-free operation for the BPM-O subsystem, similar measures should be
taken taking into account the backup methods of mechanical drive elements. The proposed method for
analyzing the reliability of mechanical systems based on expert assessments and constructing structural
models may be useful at the stages of designing agricultural machines and their technical service during
operation.
