The analysis used is Statistical Analysis with SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that, soft skill are able to absorb the direct influence that was previously significant from the model without mediation with a VAF value of 23%, so it is categorized as a partial mediator. While the innovation is only able to absorb the direct influence that was previously significant from the model without mediation with a VAF value of 8%, so there is almost no mediating effect of the influence of knowledge sharing on the performance of the design and build project teams in several cities in Indonesia.
