Descriptive Study On Effectiveness Of Online Buying Acuities Between Amazon And Flipkart Headed To Offered Virtual Products And Amenities
An attempt was made by a researcher to assess the effectiveness of online buying process and online shopper’s attitude, perception to prefer their service providers. Researcher designed the research questionnaire and the link was circulated to various categories of people to collect the responses on online buying perceptions of shoppers. Considerable data collected and it is systematically analysed. Quantitative and qualitative approaches were adapted for this research. This study adopts simple random and convenience sampling method. An objective of this research is to analyse the facts on online shopper’s attitude towards the purchase of products and services by online.
