Analysis of Repairable Batch Arrival Retrial Queueing System with Second Multi Optional Service, Orbital Search, Priority and Feedback Customers
In this paper, we consider batch arrival retrial queueing model with pre-emptive resume priority, second phase multi optional service, feedback, random breakdown and orbital search. Here we assume that customers arrive according to Poisson process. If the server is free, then one of the customers in the batch gets the service immediately and rest move to the orbit. The server provides first phase essential service (FPES) to all the customers. During essential service, the incoming priority customer either transmits the existing customer in service to the orbit to attain his own service or may shift to the orbit. After completion of essential service, the customer may select anyone of the service in second phase multi optional service (SPMOS) with certain probability. The busy server may get to breakdown in both phases and the service will fail for a short interval of time. After repair completion the server starts the service to the interrupted customer. On each service completion, the server searches for the customers in the orbit with certain probability and the customers are allowed to make a feedback after both phases. Using supplementary variable technique, steady state equations are obtained and various performance measures are derived.
