Key Role of Employees Enrichment in Minimizing Attrition Rate in Manufacturing Industry

Abstract

Employees are the asset of any organization who helps them to grow and support to face any kind of organizational changes and challenges. Since human beings are sensitive in nature, they could dissatisfy and get demotivated due to any kind of reason that leads for Attrition in the company. Employee attrition is the major challenge to much industry which reduces the brand and goodwill of the organization. So every organization is seeking the right path to minimizing the attrition rate in their company by ensuring employees wealth and stability. This study is an attempt to find out the positive available solution through the structured research with 104 respondents. Convenience sampling has been used in the study. The results were obtained by Descriptive data analysis and also the statistical tool like regression, ANOVA and other statistical tools. This study has been conducted with respondent from employees of manufacturing companies in Chennai.
