Impact of Artificial Intelligence in customer satisfaction for Banking Industrys

Abstract

In present scenario, Indian banks are considered as one of the most important pillars of financial sector. Advanced technology and global forces has compelled almost every industry to use artificial intelligence (AI) to attain customer-oriented approach. Banking is a service sector, where service providers play a very major role for customer satisfaction. But, today this is being replaced by using technology in the form of artificial intelligence. It  is getting huge accolades for reducing cost as it uses latest technologies and inventions. Recent researches argued that with the aid of AI in banking industry is able to save more than $ 1 trillion by 2030.
