An Innovative Approach for Infant Monitoring System Using Movel S.Odi Based Iot System

Abstract

In this project, we developed a prototype of an automated infant monitoring system based on S.ODI IoT devices. The system to be used to track and control the health and environmental parameters like temperature, moisture, heartbeat rate, and gas molecules and also capture the moment of the baby through video surveillance. The measure and captured data are stored in the cloud; it can be accessed by the caretaker and parents through the Internet. Meanwhile, if any variations in the standard value it sends the intimation message automatically to the caretaker to do the recovery steps to make it into the standard levels. This device makes a peaceful mind to the parents and caretakers when they are away from the infant. The infant monitoring system is proven to work effectively in monitoring the baby’s situation and updating the real-time data and video, the proposal prototype has an efficient and low-cost IoT based system for a real-time monitoring system.
