Enhancing Smart Precision Agriculture in IoT Using Agroecological Analysis

Abstract

The Aim is to establish a system using the fields of IoT, Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics to postulate a smart agriculture system. The problem(s) aimed to combat and effectively solve are linked to the Indian Agricultural sector. Through this it is aimed to serve as a guide for the farmers who can use real life measurements to effectively determine their cropping patterns in real time.The proposed method is to combine the advanced IoT based data collection and utilizing the data for improvement of crop production. An IoT device with sensors is installed in the field.  The IoT device automates the water pumping process based on the sensor input. The data is logged in a python-based server for future use. The data collected will be processed to give desired and appropriate results.
