Control Methods for Mitigating Electronic Human Resource Management (E-HRM) Issues Based Cloud Computing System for Healthcare Organizations

Abstract

Although some controls and policies are devised for each element of EHRM based cloud computing, we need a framework EHRM based cloud system with overall cloud quantitative risk management model. The aim of the paper is to control of mitigating electronic human resource management (E-HRM) issues based cloud computing system for healthcare organizations. The control methods based cloud computing system includes technological dimension, organizational dimension, environmental dimension, and legal dimension. Furthermore, we classified control methods to groups based on technological, organizational, environmental, and legal. The controls and solutions are important and most time use for mitigating EHRM issues based cloud computing system in healthcare organizations. The critical EHRM issues and challenges need to be addressed and thereafter need to be managed by using control methods. As a future work, we will apply quantitative and intelligent techniques to manage EHRM   based cloud computing system. A successful EHRM based cloud computing will greatly improve the probability of system success in healthcare organizations.
