DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF INDUSTRY MONITORING AND PROTECTION SYSTEM

Abstract

This paper describes Industry Monitoring and Protection System. Due to lack of awareness on
digitization, some industries failed to adapt the technologies which provide more flexibility, safety and
better monitoring.If any disaster occurs inindustry there is no information about the industry
parameter and the root cause forthis disaster. This issues viewed seriously This monitoring system
will help the superior to monitor theparameter like Temperature, Smoke level, Humidity and Fire
alert of the industryby suitable sensors and data pushed to IoT. The platforms used for the monitoring
the parameters of the industry are Blynk, ThingSpeak and Webhook. The idea of this work is to make
a compact system to monitor the parameters of industry,eliminate the errors and wastage, large
variety in production control, use ofinnovative solutions to optimize the processes, sensors are
protecting worker safetyby immediate reaction, saves energy by switching unused objects.
