Abstract

Panchakarma is a fruitful measure of comprehensive effectiveness to treat multiple forms of complicated illness in different dimensions. Vamana, Virechana, Niruha, Annuvasana and Nasya are five procedures, which in the future are commonly recognised as Panchakarma in everyday life, and also Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya and RaktaMokshana are subsequently emerging with strong gravity. Competition and change in the modern period have contributed to chaotic and busy life. Peoples have gradually lost the absolute happiness and loneliness of nature and are faced with many problems in the wellbeing. Gridhrasi is no exception, as in western science, it is linked to Sciatica, where the low back ache radiating to the toes is the major symptom on the lateral side of the thigh.
