Questionnaire Framework and Hypothesis Testing for Measuring RC Parameters
The main concern in maintaining quality in the organization among various departments is practically very tough. Relational Coordination (RC) is believed to be the one which improves the performance of the organization in several aspects within the department. Task interdependency and Work coordination will have to be interlinked along with relationship building within the organization. A survey methodology is selected to monitor the Relational Coordination parameters in the organization. This work fully focused on framing questionnaire by RC parameters. The parameters which have more impact are communication ties and Relationship ties of RC.
