In recent earthquakes have pointed out that the damages caused by seismic behavior of structure are highly affected not only by superstructure but also by the foundation and ground. Now’s day due to decreasing accessibility of land as a result of quick industrialization and urbanizationthere is development in vertical course bringing about numerous tall structures coming up. Because of this reason load on structure also increases.This outcome in the settlement of structures. As an answer for the settlement issue of tall structuresnumbers of piles are utilized with raft and a new sort of foundation called piled raft foundation is coming up in a major manner.
