Investigation on Dynamic Response of Smart Grid System using Fuzzy Logic Controller

          In recent times, Smart grids are alternatives to the conventional generation systems. This work investigates closed loop response of Fuzzy Logic Controlled Smart Grid System (FLCSGS). The objective of the smart grid system is to enhance the dynamic response of closed loop smart grid system using suitable intelligent controller. Models were developed for Proportional Integral (PI) &Fuzzy Logic Control (FLC) based Smart Grid Systems (SGS). Simulation studies are performed and the result shows an improved dynamic performance by employing FLC. The investigations indicate that FLCSGS has low settling time and low steady state error.
