Ensuring Software Quality by Identifying Software Bug

Abstract

To ensure the quality of the software, it is very important of identify a bug. If a bug is not identified on time, then the software quality may be compromised. Migrating of a bug from one phase to the following phase may lead to a big problem and will affect the quality of the software.   How software quality can be ensured by identifying a bug is explained in this paper.  The life cycle of the software bug is also explored. Various types of the tools used for the bug tracking as also briefed.
