Measurement Of The Quality Of Service Perceived After The Implementation Of A Commercial Web Portal In A Real Estate Company Located In Peru

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has motivated many entrepreneurs to migrate to virtual care. A real estate company located in Lima, Peru implemented a web portal in mid-2020, in order to continue its business operations protecting its workers from infection. This research applied the IMFYU scale to find out the quality of service perceived by web portal users; among the results, the highest rated question was "software commands are easily learned," while the lowest rated was "the tasks in the software are simple and do not contain long steps. The results allowed researchers to obtain important information for future software improvement.
