Translation and adaptation into English of an instrument that measures the functionality and usability of commercial software
Abstract
The sanitary emergency originated by the new coronavirus has generated that the governments decree the social distancing as a public health policy and the companies have seen themselves in the necessity to desist of all presential activity, now making it possible by means of softwares. In Peru, a scale was developed to measure the functionality and usability of commercial software. This study adapted and translated into English this instrument, in addition to evaluating its metric properties for future analysis.
