Ultrasonic studies of the isopropanol/isobutanol/isoamylalcohol with equimolar concentration of ethanol and formamide

Abstract

The binary Mixture of the isopropanol/isobutanol/isoamylalcohol with equimolar concentration combination of ethanol and formamide having unlike ultrasonic properties have been studied at room temperature with fixed frequency at 2 MHz. The ultrasonic correlated physical parameters like velocity (U), density (ρ), adiabatic compressibility (βad), acoustic impedance (Z),intermolecular free length (Lf) were determine. The compositions were compared and discuss in terms of the intermolecular free length and other factors affecting the self association effect by the dependence of excess properties of mixture.
