COTTON DUST MONITORING SYSTEM IN TEXTILE INDUSTRY USING IOT

Abstract

Dust is one of the major problem in the Textile Industries. The excess amount of dust spread results in severe health issues to the Labour and also the Environment. In our Proposed Method we are going to monitor the Dust in various sections. The Major parameters such as Cotton Dust, Humidity and Temperature are  considered and the details are display in the webpage using IOT. An indication with Buzzer alarm will be given, If the concentration of cotton dust goes beyond the permissible limit (750 microgram). The concentration of cotton dust is continuously viewed using LCD. In this system optical dust sensor is used to measure the cotton dust level.DHT11 sensor is used to measure humidity and temperature level.
