Abstract

 A wireless local area network it uses the high frequency radio waves for the wireless distribution. The devices which kept under the wireless distribution it use the high frequency waves. This project work is concentrating on the physical layer details of the WLAN network. This work aims to propose modulation technique to increase the spectral efficiency and data rate by using a modulation method of APSK Amplitude Phase Shift Keying computerized concept. This Amplitude Phase Shift Keying concept compared with other modulation techniques. This comparison has to be developed using MATLAB tool. APSK modulation is used in the proposed work instead of QAM and MSK. The proposed is to compare the spectral efficiency and data rate of APSK with QAM which is used in OFDM.
