Abstract

Moving Object detection is a one of the most fundamental and challenging problems for different applications of Computer Vision like pedestrian recognition, traffic monitoring, security reconnaissance, and so forth. In spite of the fact that the most recent moving object recognition techniques give promising outcomes, exact identification is as yet precarious in light of different difficulties like brightening issues, impediment, and foundation objects in an uncontrolled domain.  The goal of this paper is to provide a survey on the most common challenges of accurately detecting moving objects, give an overview of existing methods for detecting moving objects, and explain how a solution can be improved by applying deep learning methods.
