Design and Development of a Communication framework for Mobile node in a Clustered Environment using AI and Machine learning

Technology has shown a drastic change with the evolution of Mobile devices. The world is going wireless which increases the mobility of the system. This complex fast moving environment has many productivity benefits. Since the systems are mobile we need a system such that which can adapt in this changing environment. As a solution to it a system is proposed to reach each mobile node in its preset node language and zonal language according to the location of the node. Survey of the existing clustering techniques to cluster nodes on zonal basis and service oriented recommender system which will suggest the language for communication with the node is done. A hybrid framework is proposed which will recommend a language to be used to alert the wireless clusters.
