A Comprehensive Survey on Fake News Identification

Abstract

Throughout our everyday lives, social media is one of the platforms in which more numbers of users were connected in one place. But now a day’s social media platform is one of the reasons for spreading the Fake news. Because of the huge network of social media and its rapid growth, Fake news becomes a global phenomenon. A huge volume of fake news will be produced from these social media sites, so the important point is that to make an automated tool for the detection of the fake news and classify the news in two parts real or fake. Many researchers were given many techniques to detect the fake account, in this paper our main focus is to compare the techniques and find out which method is best to find out the fake account from the online social media networking sites.
