Abstract

After a steady progression of 2G and 3G networks, India has taken a long time to have such high-speed
mobile technology. Third generation (3G) telecom networks are faced with a new competitor, named 4G.
The incredible new network can be even more competitive. The goal of 4G is to replace the existing
proliferation of core cellular networks with a single global broadband core network built on the common
IP for control and media. 4G networking technology has now become synonymous with high-speed
Internet access. The rapid advancement of wireless and networking technologies is a clear proof of the
presence of 4G technologies, which is proliferated in its lower generations as 3G, 2G and 1G. The
development of 4G technologies is based on high-speed connectivity, broadband infrastructure including
on-demand mobile streaming, quicker online access and uploading, personalized, universal and scalable
networks. The aim is this paper to find out the attitude of Customers for Adopting 4G Services in India
and its Influencing Factors. Online Survey approach has used for the Data collection. The current
Sample Size is 400 4G Users from the cities of Odhisha State. We have used Ordered Logistic Regression
for analyzing the data. The Findings of the researchshows that, most of the customers were satisfied
towards 4G. This study also indicates that the customers’ satisfaction is comparatively slight advanced
