A STUDY OF ATTITUDE TOWARDS INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY (ICT) AMONG TEACHERS OF B. Ed. COLLEGES.

Abstract

Information and communication Technology (ICT) has revolutionized all aspects education. It becomes a
part and parcel of our life and education. It is used in all stages of education from primary to higher
education and research. The quality of education can be improved by the integration ICT in teaching
learning process. The ICT helps the teacher and student to collect the latest information and can easily
disseminate to others within a very short time and to a large group of people. The integration of ICT in
classroom such as preparing e-lesson plan, power point presentation, preparing assignment and
evaluation of learner definitely improve the quality of education. The integration of ICT in classroom is
only possible when teachers have positive attitude towards ICT. So, it attempted to study the attitude of
teachers of B.Ed. College because in such colleges’ future teacher are produced.
