This Research Was Conducted Using A Questionnaire That Was Distributed To 200 Customers Of Unit Trust Agents In Penang. It Can Be Concluded That Relationship Marketing Has Essentially Corresponded With Service Quality And Consumer Loyalty As Well As Client Retention.
