Abstract

The most affected cancer among some of is lung cancer, which affect the pulmonary nodule of the lungs. There     are fewer chances to survive from the lung cancer than other diseases. So, the detection of disease at an initial stage is very much important. Due to this for detecting at earlier stage, we use CT (Computed Tomography) scanning. Because, it is an effective scanning method to detect, every second is very important to identify the disease. Effective scanning means it gives a noise free image of the parts compared to the normal scanning. When we compared with the other scanning techniques, CT scanning has less noise. In this paper we are going to discuss about the different types of noise and their filtering techniques to remove the noise.
