Correlational Study of Grit and Career Decision Self-Efficacy among secondary School Students

Abstract

This study examined the relationship between Grit and career decision self efficacy (CDSE) of Indian school students (N = 260). Findings fromcorrelation analysis indicated that grit is positively significant correlated with career decision self-efficacy (CDSE). This paper will help to highlight the importance of these findings and provide recommendations for future research.
