Many tax laws were enacted in the 20th century and may no longer apply in the 21st century digital world. This paper discusses the need for improved tax management and tax collection in dealing with digital business processes, the threat of erosion of Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) and the need for faster digital tax administration. The paper also focuses on the role played by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and the progress in tax administration achieved by various countries especially in India. It is noteworthy that about 115 countries are forcibly advancing digital spending as a result of OECD's request for greater cooperation. India, although not a member of the OECD, has implemented a number of measures, particularly the two regional tax treaties and is actively pursuing digital integration to improve tax collection.
2022-03-28T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) http://sersc.org/journals/index.php/IJDRBC/article/view/37787 Growth of Debit and Credit Cards – A Study of Select Indian Public and Private Banks 2022-03-28T09:15:16+00:00 Mr. M. S. Sowmya test@test.com
A bank is a financial entity that offers its clients deposit and credit options. The banking industry is critical to the growth of the Indian economy. As a result of financial sector changes that are being implemented in phases, Indian banks have been through a fascinating era of rapid development. A moratorium is a temporary halt to activity until future circumstances merit the suspension's lifting or until associated concerns are handled. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has approved a three-month suspension on term loan and credit card repayments as a relief gesture for those affected by the corona virus outbreak. Customers who choose this moratorium plan had their EMIs deferred by lending institutions. The main objective of the study is to figure out how the declaration of a moratorium would affect the asset quality and equity stocks of select public and private sector banks. The research is limited to explaining the performance of two public and two private sector banks, due to the declaration of the moratorium. Three Hypotheses are framed to attain the objectives and it is observed that moratorium has no effect on the asset quality of select public and private sector banks. The alternative theory is supported because the embargo has an effect on the equity stocks of select public and private sectorbanks.
2022-03-28T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) http://sersc.org/journals/index.php/IJDRBC/article/view/37790 Impact of Factors Influencing the Retail Sales in Beverages Industry in India: A Comparative Analysis Pepsi Cola & Coca Cola- An Empirical Evidence. 2022-03-28T09:18:46+00:00 Dr. Nagunuri Srinivas test@test.com
The first man-made sparkling or carbonated water is credited to Joseph Priestley, the British scientist who discovered oxygen. In 1772 he invented a method of "pushing" carbon dioxide into water by dissolving it under pressure, thus creating fairly long-lasting bubbles. The technique led to development of the soft-drink industry. By the beginning of the 19th century, carbonated water was being made commercially in France and North America; shortly thereafter, flavours (normally fruit concentrates) were added to enliven the taste. Most soft drinks are still carbonated to give drinks a "tangy bite" and to stimulate the tongue. Furthermore, because scent is an important part of taste, the flavours carried as vapours in the bubbles enhance taste. Marketing is about winning this new environment. It is about understanding what consumers want and supplying it more conveniently. Marketing deals with identifying and meeting human needs and social needs. One of the shortest definitions of marketing is “meeting needs profitably”. The consumer market may be identified as the market for product and services that are purchased by individuals as household for their personal consumption. soft drinks is a typical consumer product purchased by individual primarily quench their thirst and also for refreshment. Today, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) manages business process spanning sales, support, and marketing creating effective customer interactions. Given the purpose of CRM, the functionality is straightforward, and the benefits of successful deployments clearly generate value and profitability for any company. Grate CRM solutions need to encourage users to interact with the application as well as be in-tune with the business and IT cost-saving needs. “For the modern-day CRM to be world class it needs to be revolutionary in market incursion and evolutionary in technological up gradation.” Today the major business focus is towards endowing value addition to the sales cycle, and customer retention rather than constructing a new customer base which is costlier and also an uncertain chase from business perspective. The basic philosophy behind CRM is that a company’s relationship with the customer would be the biggest asset in the long-run. It is now vital for CRM vendors to develop a sound understanding of their target organizations customer and deliver them with solutions which help in achieving long-term business relations with their customers. Vendors must also build long-term customer relationship management strategies with the end-user organizations to assure a series of deployments, and hence ensuring a regular revenue stream for themselves as well as their customers.

Increase in the level of satisfied customers make them to retain with the company, which makes company to be successful in terms of profit, more customer attention and to create a benchmark in the market. Hence a study is conducted on customer relationship management at big –bazaar. The data for the study is collected by means of observation, potential interaction with various customers through distribution of questionnaire. And the opinions of the customers are collected through personal interactions. The study has helped to find the satisfactory levels of the customers with the offers or the loyalty programs provided by the big – bazaar and also to study the programs and its effectiveness in the real time. Hence with the help of the study we can conclude that implementation of new offers, and upgrading the existing offers to next levels will play a significant role in attracting more and more new customers, as well as helps in retaining the customers, and creating more loyal customers day – by –day.
2022-03-28T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) http://sersc.org/journals/index.php/IJDRBC/article/view/37839 Influencing the Operational and Organizational Performance through Supply Chain Management 2022-04-20T08:14:45+00:00 Dr. Aamir Iqbal Umrani, Najia Shaikh, Muhammad Danish Mujtaba, Madiha Tariq, Asif Hussain Samo test@test.com
The study was conducted to test the impact of supply chain management practices on the operational and organizational performance of the firms of Pakistan. While Williams et al (2017) mentioned that global crisis is an unexpected process that weakens the normal operation or functioning of communities, organizations, societies and individuals. In this way, the focus of this paper is on impact of global crisis on entrepreneurship. Doern et al (2018) described that crisis either it was a global financial crisis that happened between 2007-2009, natural disasters like Hurricanes, earthquake, viruses and terrorism act destructively affected many sectors and specially entrepreneurship is substantively affected. Colombo et al (2016) also indicated that the global crisis changes the business context in terms of requiring entrepreneurs to proactively react to the crisis by modifying their business rules, regulations and strategies. Whereas, history is full of global crisis events affecting small and medium size enterprises and Young entrepreneurial ventures. Mostly it was economy global crisis that affected the entrepreneurial activities and it was in the end of 2007 and 2009 (2nd quarter) in which the global economic crisis occur that destructively impact the large, medium as well as small enterprises (Sozinova et al, 2017). For instance, 30% bankruptcy cases of Finnish SMEs with higher number of cancellation of orders, layoffs and uncontrollable financial difficulties were faced by entrepreneurs (Soininen et al, 2012). Studies with the help of neo-classical model confirm that entrepreneurship and entrepreneurs are the main driver of economic growth of any country due to their contribution towards providing employment opportunities to youth, emergence of new creative products/services, stimulation of competitiveness and it is affected the most in case of global crisis (Stoica et al, 2020). In this way, global crisis where high unemployment rate and economic recession is common the attention of people towards entrepreneurship becomes crucial.
2022-05-01T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) http://sersc.org/journals/index.php/IJDRBC/article/view/37873 A Spatial of Digital Technology, Digital Literacy, Performance Expectancy and Techno Stress in Pandemic Conditions in Technological Institutes. 2022-05-09T12:07:54+00:00 Israr Hussain, Muhammad Rizwan Sabir, Dr. Naeem ur Rehman, Imran Ghaffar, Kashif Bilal Majeed a@a.com
Purpose: This study commenced to find out how digital literacy, performance Expectancy effect on the intention to use digital-technologies by using Technostress as a moderating Variable which was unidentified in previous studies regarding technology educational institutes

Design/Methodology/Approach: Through an online Questionnaire survey, the data were collected from the students of the technological institute who were studying different types of 3 years Diploma education in the area of Lahore Punjab Pakistan. 283 students fill the questionnaires and only 260 responses were valid to use for the analysis of PLS SEM.

Findings: The Analysis revealed that performance expectancy is having a significant role in intension to use Digital Literacy & Digital Technologies through techno stress moderator and Performance expectancy as mediator have significant effect on intension to use digital technologies.

Originality/Value: This research is expanded by adding one of the most important factor of Techno stress in technological institutes Digital Literacy, Intension to use digital technologies and Performance Expectancy during the covid-19 pandemic conditions. When applications are good enough to replace human work, as a consequence, changes in the job market will take place. Without a doubt, AI and the models associated with it are widely used and their usage is still getting more and more common in science and industry.
