The FWN is used to predictthe unknown part of the PV pumping system model, this allows the improvement of the nominal model despite the presence of large uncertainties, while theISMC is used to achieve the robust tracking with a small switching gain.The proposed control techniqueis applied on a PV pumping systemand compared with theclassical ISMCcontrol method and its performance is validated through simulations.
