This method involves the installation of automatic thermostats, dynamic lighting controls and solar panels. The proposed technique covers the HVAC system and lighting system of the infrastructure which need considerable amount of investment which can give full returns in 4 year of performance, and energy conservation is guaranteed in 6 years. The corresponding design and result analysis are clearly discussed in this article and the energy comparison study has proved the effectiveness of the proposed techniques. ER -
